MARK MORI

Atlanta Video is proud to announce that we have formed a partnership with famed documentary filmmaker and television producer Mark Mori.

Mark produced and directed Bettie Page Reveals All, the authorized documentary film on life of pin-up model, Bettie Page, released in 2012. Previously, Mori produced and directed Building Bombs, Academy Award nominee for Best Feature Documentary for 1990 (DVD release by Docurama/New Video in 2005), executive produced Blood Ties: The Life and Work of Sally Mann, documentary short Academy Award nominee for 1993; received an Emmy Award for the television documentary special, Kent State, the Day the War Came Home for 2000; co-produced The Fire This Time, 1994 Sundance Film Festival, Grand Jury Prize nominee and 1995 WGA TV Documentary, Current Events Award nominee and in 2000, executive produced and directed, the investigative TV documentary, Wayne Williams and the Atlanta Child Murders for Court TV.

ROB SCHMIDT

Rob Schmidt counts Stephen King among his fans. King listed Rob’s “Wrong Turn” as his favorite film the year of its release and offered Rob his novel, “Insomnia” to adapt.

Rob officially became a Master of Horror with the making of “Right to Die” for the series of the same name. Other directors from the Masters of Horror series include John Carpenter (The Thing,) Dario Argento (Suspiria,) Stuart Gorden (Reanimator) and Tobe Hooper (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.)

He received his MFA in directing and screenwriting from the American Film Institute and his BFA from Purchase. In addition to features, he has made dozens of short films, docs, ads, and music videos and has worked in television on shows for NBC, Showtime and Fox.

EDDY VON MUELLER

Eddy Von Mueller is a filmmaker, writer, researcher and historian.  After spending more that 20 years as an undercover creative in Academia, teaching filmmaking and film and media studies at both Georgia State and Emory University, Eddy has moved behind the camera full-time.  Able to shepherd projects from strategic development through final cut, he is committed to expanding representation and opportunities for homegrown above-the-line talent in Georgia, and to creating for his clients unexpected, thought-provoking, high-impact content adapted for a multi-platform, multimedia ecosystem.
